Deliveries are only during working hours Monday-Friday.
We offer Free Delivery on all our products to the UK Mainland except –
Devon, Somerset, Cornwall (postcodes – TR,PL,EX,TQ) and Highlands of Scotland where a surcharge is applicable.
Postcodes which are subject to a surcharge are (AB16-56,HS,IV,KA,IV,KW,PA,PH,BT,IM, ZE)
Offshore addresses such as Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland and Isle of Man also subject to surcharge and deliveries to these locations may take between 8 -10 working days (depending on stock availability).

If in stock most products on the website will be delivered Next Working Day.
If in stock all products will be automatically dispatched so if you do not want your product the next working day, please specify a required delivery date at checkout in the section marked special instructions.
All items will require a signature for delivery. Someone will need to be at home to sign for the product. If you are not home and the delivery company cannot deliver the product they will leave a calling card with a contact number advising you how you can contact them to rearrange delivery. You must contact the courier within 48 hours to rearrange delivery. Failure to do this could result in the product being returned to us. This may then result in additional shipping costs which we reserve the right to charge you for.
In general, most items are delivered using a one-man courier. Meaning the delivery driver will deliver to your front door but is not insured to enter your house. If you live in a flat/apartment, then the driver will only deliver to the ground floor lobby/communal area.
Regardless of the cause we cannot accept responsibility for any losses or costs incurred because of late deliveries.
We will try our best to ensure customers are kept informed and try to resolve any issues with the couriers asap.
If you would like to Arrange a 2-Man Courier Service, you will receive:
Your booking arranged within 72 hours after the Dispatch the order
3 hours delivery window
Online goods tracking
Wide distribution area
Once delivery is booked with courier company and if fails due to some reason than additional charges will be applicable to re arrange the delivery. If you however want to cancel order after failed delivery than cancellation will be subject to charges.
Teams – fully trained 2-man uniformed service.
Vehicles – have Sat Nav, locked in transit and when unattended. Vehicles/drivers fully bonded/insured.
Delivery times vary according to the courier used:
Light Items = 2/3 working days (Parcel Courier – UK MAIL & TNT)
Heavy Items = 8/10 working days (Pallet Courier)
Large Bulky Items = 8/10 working days (Mainland Area) (Specialist 2Man Courier)
Additional charge for Saturday – if you decide you want a Saturday delivery, please call and we can try to change order details on system if they have not already been processed any items ordered with an assembly service will take additional 5 days to dispatch.
We will try to keep you informed of any delays. In general, when more than one item is ordered all items will be delivered at the same time. Every effort is made to make deliveries on time, however, we the difficulties caused by traffic weather can sometimes cause delays. On rare occasions permitted driving hours regulations may also force delays. Unfortunately, we cannot compensate customers for delivery delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
We carry all items in stock, but at certain times of the year when demand exceeds supply lead times for delivery may be extended. We thank you for your understanding patience at these times.
Delivery teams will only deliver to the ground floor without a working lift. If the lift is working and the goods can fit in the lift, we can deliver to any floor. Any deliveries above ground floor where the lift is not working or there isn’t a lift – we will only deliver to the ground floor.
