We try to make sure that all information on this online website, descriptions of goods, prices, and images are always accurate.
Buying online is different from shopping in store.
• The colours of goods shown on the website can vary due to your screen settings.
• Sizes and shapes of goods may differ to how they appear on screen. Dimensions/measurements are provided but you will need to check the size is correct for your purpose.
• All goods are subject to availability if we are unable to supply an order our only liability to you for withdrawing any goods will be to refund to you any amount paid to us in respect of those goods.
• We do our best to deliver on the date set but please note that all delivery dates are estimates and may vary.
When you receive goods that need assembling please read instructions carefully as we cannot be held liable for damage claims due to incorrect assembly.
Pricing Errors on Goods Advertised
Whilst we try to ensure that all prices are accurate, errors can occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods you have ordered, we will inform you asap. You will then be given the option of re-confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If you cancel your order, we will give you a full refund as soon as reasonably possible.
Pricing of Deliveries to the Shipping Address Specified at Time of Purchase
The delivery fee payable by you, for your ordered goods, will be that which is given by Inspiration Found at the time of purchase.
The delivery fee will be calculated according to your postcode, the weight of the goods and the size of the goods as per mentioned earlier.
Delivery Restrictions Which Can Apply
With regard to large furniture it is your responsibility to check the measurements of the goods before purchasing, to ensure there is enough space at the delivery address for delivery to take place. Please also note that it is your responsibility to ensure that once the product is assembled, (if flat-packed) it will fit into your room. Please ensure there is enough access and space for the delivery including stairs and lifts.
Please inform us in advance when ordering your product/s in the comments box of any feature that may affect your delivery – parking etc.
Delivery staff will not remove doors/windows etc in order to complete the delivery if these actions are necessary you must take care of them before delivery.
Acceptance of Ordered Goods When Delivered
Along with Delivery address we will also ask you to provide two telephone numbers (Mobile/Work or Home) and an email address so we can contact you and advise re delivery time.
We will not be liable for any delay in delivery as a result of any act or omission by you.
If you are not personally able to accept delivery, you can appoint another adult in your place and whose instructions you will agree with. Delivery staff cannot leave any items that have not been signed for.
You will be asked to sign the delivery document confirming that the delivery has taken place. This will not affect your legal right to notify us if you subsequently find a defect in your goods. This is an opportunity to inspect the goods further, before reporting any damages or missing parts to your ordered goods. If you refuse to sign the delivery document, this will be taken as refusal to accept delivery and the goods will be taken away by the courier and will be returned.
We advise that any faulty, damaged or missing goods are reported to us immediately via email including photographic evidence. Please retain all original packaging until you are satisfied with your purchase.
• You will be entitled to a full refund/replacement if the goods are deemed defective.
• Photographic evidence may be requested, of any faults or damages reported to us
• Any damaged goods or parcels must be reported prior to assembly and kept for inspection by us.
Cooling Off Period
You are entitled to a statutory cooling off period starting the day you place your order and ending 14 days after the date that the goods are received.
If you have not received the goods at the time of cancellation of the contract, and we have not processed the goods for delivery, we will refund to you all the monies paid by you for the goods in question including any delivery charges within 30 days of the cancellation being accepted.
If you have not received the goods at the time of cancellation of the contract, but we have processed the goods for delivery, and they are in transit, you should reject the goods at point of delivery and not accept them. In this case a refund will be processed once the goods have been returned to us.
If delivery has been made by our courier service, this service will incur charges in excess of our standard delivery charges and we reserve the right to deduct these charges from your refund if your order is cancelled after dispatch or whilst in transit.
If you have decided to cancel goods after receipt, the goods must be returned to us as soon as possible. You are the owner of the goods once they have been delivered to you and you are liable for their loss or damage. We will refund to you all the monies paid by you for the unwanted goods in question, including the original delivery charge if applicable. This refund will be in full, however if the value of the goods is diminished by any amount as a result of handling of the goods by you beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, we may recover that amount up to the contract price directly from you.
If the returned goods have not been looked after with reasonable care ie are not in the condition that they were delivered, we reserve the right to pursue a claim against you separately. If you do not return the goods to us we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be refunded to you.
Changing the date of delivery
If you would like to change the delivery time or date, then please contact us and we will inform you whether it is possible.
How to cancel
If you no longer require the goods/you change your mind, you can notify us of your decision to cancel the contract, and then return the goods to us for a refund.
Nothing within this returns policy or the general terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.
If a cancellation request is made during assembly of a product, then fees paid for this assembly will not be refunded back to your account.
Returning your goods
If the goods have been delivered to you before you decide to cancel your contract, we advise that you return the goods to us without delay.
To arrange collection of the unwanted goods and original packaging please contact us by phone or email.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless the goods are faulty or not as described, in which case we will refund any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us. If you are returning your goods because they are faulty or incorrect, no collection fee will be charged.
If you decide to return the goods, with your own courier, and we receive the goods damaged whilst in transit, you are responsible for the costs of the damage that has been incurred and a charge will be made for the damage to the goods.
If you decide to return goods to us after you have started to assemble them then you should disassemble them to the extent necessary to allow them to be properly returned.
You agree to take reasonable care of the goods from the time that they are delivered to you until the time that they are returned.
Conditions of Collection
Collection of the goods will only take place from the delivery address to which they were delivered and will be subject to the following conditions:
• You agree to provide us with all relevant information regarding the collection address such as narrow doorways etc.
•You agree to ensure that there is suitable access.
• If it is considered that collection from your room is likely to cause damage to the goods or your property, you will be informed and recoded on the collection document. You may instruct the goods to be collected despite this concern, but we will not be liable for any damage caused to your property or to the goods as a consequence of us attempting collection on your instructions.
• You agree to give our representative all goods which are being returned, including all parts of such goods and related items/accessories (and original packaging) which were included in the price of the goods being returned. The collection document must be signed by you to confirm that the collection has taken place.
